Tebaldi competition selected the finalists and gets ready for the Ancient & Baroque Repertoire section Winners’ Concert.

Six are the finalists who will compete Friday evening for the victory of the Ancient & Baroque Repertoire section of the 7th edition of the Renata Tebaldi International Competition, taking place in San Marino.

Rodrigo Sosa Dal Pozzo, Monika Jägerová, Davide Giangregorio, Eric Jurenas, Margherita Tani, Min Sang Kim: 4 males e 2 females, will compete not only for the winning title but also for the contract offered by the President of the International Jury, Laurent Brunner.
The finalists, all under 30 years old, represent 3 continents: Europe represented by the 3 Italian finalists and by a contralto from Czech Republic, Asia by the South Korean finalist and Americas, by the U.S. citizen countertenor.

They will compete in the final concert performing first a piece accompanied on harpsichord by Maestro Filippo Pantieri, and then, performing a piece accompanied by the Ensemble Dolce Concento directed by Maestro Nicola Valentini.
Music will be the lead of the evening at Centro Congressi Kursaal and will narrates two centuries of notes: first all 17th and then 18th century.

In the presence of Their Excellencies the Captains Regent and of many international guests Lia Fiorio, personality of San Marino RTV, will be hosting the concert. Italo Capicchioni, well-known Sanmarinese musician, will be interviewed by Sergio Barducci concerning the conferment of the status of Honorary member of the Renata Tebaldi Foundation.
